We are thrilled to announce that we are moving to a new home! As of Friday, August 30th appointments will take place in our new location at 3325 Harvester Road, Unit 8, Burlington ON. This move represents a significant milestone for us and we couldn’t be more excited to share it with you.

While we are patiently waiting for our sign to be installed, please note that Unit 8 is located in between Studio Technique Pilates and Think Ingredients on the west side of the building. There is ample free parking on site.

While we are eager to welcome you to our new space, please note that renovations will continue throughout September as we finalize finishing touches. We are gearing up for a grand opening in October, where we will celebrate this new chapter together.

Naturopathic medicine is a distinct primary health care system that blends modern scientific knowledge with traditional and natural forms of medicine. The naturopathic philosophy is to stimulate the healing power of the body and treat the underlying cause of disease, both acute and chronic. Symptoms of disease are seen as warning signals of improper functioning of the body, and unfavourable lifestyle habits. Naturopathic Medicine emphasizes disease as a process rather than as an entity.

In addition to diet and lifestyle changes, natural therapies including botanical medicine, holistic nutrition, hydrotherapy, homeopathy, hypnotherapy, and traditional Chinese medicine/acupuncture, may also be used during treatments based on the individual patient's needs.

Reiki is an ancient healing technique that was discovered in Japan by Dr. Mikao Usui. It works to stimulate our bodies natural healing abilities and helps to clear out emotional blockages. Energy cannot be created or destroyed, it can only be changed from one form to another. We are all energetic beings who store our stresses and emotions in our physical tissues. A common example is to feel tension in our neck and shoulders when we are stressed or upset. Reiki is a technique that uses the practitioner as the energetic “middle man” to help transfer and guide the energy as it flows through points of the body to promote healing for the highest good. As a practice it is holistic in that it uses the universal life force energy to bring balance and harmony to the body, mind, and spirit. It is a unique and gentle method that can be used independently or in combination with other manual healing modalities. Reiki may be hands-on or hands-off; either way it connects us with the healing powers that are inherent within, while at the same time rebalancing both the practitioner and the patient.
